The service
Board Meetings lets a non-profit organization manage its board: members and roles, meeting agendas, minutes, motions and votes, and action items, with optional email digests and document export. By creating an account or organization, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Access to an organization's data is granted only through membership and role assignments made by that organization's own members.
Subscriptions and billing
New organizations begin with a 14-day trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. If a subscription lapses, the organization enters a read-only state until billing is resolved; it is not deleted. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.
Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the meeting records, minutes, or other content your organization enters -- that remains your organization's responsibility.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
