Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

Board Meetings is built for non-profit boards to run meetings, record minutes, and track action items. This policy describes what you agree not to do when using it.

You agree not to

• Use the service for anything illegal, or to store or transmit content that infringes someone else's rights
• Attempt to access another organization's data, or attempt to bypass, probe, or disable the tenant-isolation and security controls that keep organizations' data separate
• Use the member-invite or notification features to send spam or unsolicited email to people outside your own organization
• Interfere with the service's availability, including through excessive automated requests
• Share your account credentials, or use the service on behalf of an organization you are not an authorized member of

Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to the service, at the discretion of the organization that operates this Board Meetings instance.
